Postpartum Recovery Journey
Reconnect. Restore. Rebuild.
An holistic journey to regain confidence, energy, and emotional balance.
One gentle step at a time.
This is a space designed for you.
For your body that has changed,
for your emotions that feel raw and new,
and for your mind that is learning
to navigate life as a mother.
This journey is for you if you feel...
Disconnected from your body
You want to reconnect with your body after birth, with kindness, not judgment.
Overwhelmed and Anxious
You long for calm, grounding, and restorative moments amidst the chaos.
Feeling Unsupported
You crave a supportive circle of women who understand your experience.
Fatigued
You feel fatigue, tension, or instability (especially in your back, core, or pelvic floor).
Depleted and scattered
You miss feeling strong, centered, and confident in your body.
A sense of imbalance
Yearning for a holistic approach that integrates your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
You don’t need to be newly postpartum. You’re welcome at any stage,
as long as it’s at least six weeks after birth and your doctor has cleared you to move.
Why I created this Program
After giving birth, I remember feeling both grateful and strangely distant. From my body, from my energy, even from the idea of “being a mother.”
There was love, but also guilt.
Guilt for wanting a moment just for myself, guilt for not wanting to spend all my time with the baby.
And my body was speaking that tension: my shoulders always tight, hunched, closed. I was constantly exhausted, feeling physically weak and easily triggered.
Back then, I thought the only way to “get my body back” was return to my old routines, my daily yoga practice, my workouts, my quiet time to read and do the things I loved.
But of course, I was setting myself up for failure before even starting. That plan often failed, because the baby wanted to sleep with me, not in the crib. Because every time I tried to carve out a moment alone, the baby cried for hunger.
So I started to question everything, to read, to observe, to listen. And what I realized is that recovery doesn’t have to mean separation or getting back to who you were before.

Recovery is about acceptance, adaptability, and self-discovery.
I often say that I truly started to practice yoga only during my postpartum period, when I learned what it really means to listen, to soften, and to integrate.
This is what I now teach in this journey:
You can gently move, strengthen, and restore with your baby present. You can build strength in your feet and pelvis simply by learning how to hold your baby with awareness.
You can find moments of deep rest, even with the baby on your chest, through restorative practices like yoga nidra.
This approach isn’t about going back to who you were before.
It’s about embracing your new rhythm, your new body, and learning to integrate self-care within your everyday life as a mother, not apart from it.
That’s what I wish someone had told me then. And that’s what I now want to share with you.
Imagine if you could stop fighting your new rhythm
and start flowing with it,
feeling strong, calm, and grounded again.
Imagine finding moments of rest and movement
that fit naturally into your days,
restoring both your body and your heart.

-
We meet in person every two weeks for a 90-minute session that combines movement, breath-work, restorative practice, mindset shifts, and reflection practices.
-
We start on Wednesday, January 14th 2026, at 11am, at my studio in Nieuwegein (Appelvink 1M).
-
After each session, you will have 2 weeks to integrate what you learn, so that what we practice together naturally becomes part of your daily life, without pressure or overwhelm.
-
You will receive material after each session for your home practice. This includes: physical movement guideline, yoga nidra and guided meditation recording, simple mindset and self-reflection exercises.
-
You will be part of a dedicated whatsapp group to have your back: community, accountability, sharing, asking, celebrate.
-
The last session will be held on the 15th of April 2026. You can expect a closing circle where you will create a personalized, sustainable daily routine.
-
The group is going to be of maximum 8 persons. This will ensure intimacy, full care and personalized adjustment.

Empowered by your strength, even in softness.

Each session includes restorative yoga or yoga nidra to help your body and nervous system recover from exhaustion and sleep deprivation.
