Join a small, supportive group (max 6 people) for a therapeutic yoga class where you’ll receive individual attention while practicing at a slower, mindful pace. Each class follows a seasonal theme, helping you align your body and mind with the natural cycles. Expect yoga postures, breathwork, relaxation, and self-reflection in a space where you can connect, explore, and grow.
