Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using this Website.
The general terms and conditions apply to all classes/workshops and activities offered by Balance Yoga Therapy and/or are organised by Balance Yoga Therapy. When you participate in a class or workshop or register via the website, you agree to these terms and conditions:

Sign up/register
Registration for the lessons and workshops is done by filling out the registration form on the website. By signing the form you agree to the general terms and conditions and the registration is final. Payment is by direct debit, for this the student must sign an authorization form. All prices of the lessons/ workshops include VAT. The tuition fee cannot be refunded and the membership is personal and non-transferrable.​

Liability
Participation in the lessons and workshops at and by Balance Yoga Therapy is entirely at your own risk. Balance Yoga Therapy is not responsible/ liable for injuries/ injury or damage to persons or property. Also, Balance Yoga Therapy is not liable for damage or loss of property. Injuries/illses and physical or psychological complaints must be known to the teacher concerned before participation in the lessons. The teacher has the right to advise against or refuse participation in the lessons. Of course, this information will be treated confidentially.​

Cancel
If one wants to cancel the subscription, a notice period of 1 full calendar month applies. This means that membership must be terminated in writing or by email before the 1st of the month.

Holidays
The lessons that are lapsed due to school holidays or holidays can be made up in another class of your choice. There are no classes during school holidays, national holidays and summer holidays (primary schools in the Central Netherlands).

Class Pack
A class package gives access to 10 lessons and is valid for 6 months. After the validity period expires, the lessons will expire. With class pack, the student can register online for the desired lessons if there is room. Missed lessons can be made up, missed lessons remain valid as long as the subscription/class pack is valid.

Sign out
Unsubscribing from a lesson is done through the Balance Yoga Therapy online reservation system. The cancelled lesson can be made up in any other hour where there is room. The lesson must be canceled at least 2 hours in advance. The cancelled lesson will be added to the student's lesson credit. If the lesson is canceled too late, the lesson expires. This will be taken from the lesson credit.

Teacher's failure
In case of illness or absence of a teacher, Balance Yoga Therapy will (if possible) provide replacement. If no replacement can be arranged, Balance Yoga Therapy will inform the students as soon as possible. If the lesson is canceled, the student can make up for it in another lesson.

Balance Yoga Therapy's failure
In attending classes at Balance Yoga Therapy, you agree that neither you, your heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Balance Yoga Therapy or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
House rules
As a participant in the lessons/workshops offered by Balance Yoga Therapy, you are obliged to adhere to the house rules. Mobile phones must be kept in silent mode during the class. Shoes, bags and coats can be stored in the room. Balance Yoga Therapy reserves the right to refuse access to the lesson if it has well-founded reasons to do so.
Changes
Balance Yoga Therapy reserves the freedom to change the Terms and Conditions. Students will be informed of this in good time and will receive a new copy if requested. The most recent version can be found on the website.
Complaints and disputes
The goal of Balance Yoga Therapy is to create a place where you can feel safe and be inspired. If there are nevertheless circumstances about which you want to file a complaint or you want to discuss something, please report the complaint by e-mail or in writing so that we can find a suitable solution as soon as possible.
