Personal Intake (40 min)

I listen to your story, health, lifestyle, relationships, and life experiences, so we understand the bigger picture of where you are now.

Body & Breath Exploration (40min)

Gentle movements and breathing practices reveal patterns, blockages, and connections between your physical and emotional state.

Personalised Tools (10min)

You’ll receive simple, tailored practices you can use straight away to release tension, manage discomfort, and support regulation and balance.
