This is not laziness. It's a seasonal imbalance.

 

In Ayurveda, spring is dominated by a slow, heavy, and accumulating energy.

As winter ice and cold melt, moisture soaks into the earth, making the land dense and saturated. This is the nourishment that allows life to bloom.

 

But without conscious support, the same energy can turn into heaviness, stagnation,

and inertia in the body and mind.
