With the starting set of 5 sessions, we will meet 7 times: Intake - 1-1.5h: during our first meeting, I will be asking you several questions about your physical and mental health, your lifestyle, work and social life. In this way, I can get to know you a bit and design a yoga therapy practice suitable for you. Physical and breath assessment - 1-1.5h: in our second meeting, we are going through a series of yoga poses and breathing exercises which will help me to understand what are the areas of discomfort and tensions in your body and your breathing pattern. This together with the intake will allow me to finalize the yoga therapy plan tailored to your needs, goals and wishes Sessions 3 to 7 - 1.5h: we are going to meet 5 times and the frequency can be either every week or every other week. The yoga therapy session will consist of: Check-in yoga poses synchronized with the breath breathing practices Relaxation practice at the end (yoga nidra, guided meditation) Lifestyle tips and yoga philosophy principles that you can implement straight away
