Break the cycle of Chronic Pain
Understanding chronic pain and how to support your body for lasting recovery.

Free 90-minute online webinar:
If you’ve tried different approaches,
but your pain keeps coming back,
this session will help you understand
why and what you can start doing differently.
April 9th - 19:00 (CET) - Online
Do you recognize yourself in this?
Your pain improves but always returns.
-------------
Stress or emotions make your symptoms worse
-------------
You’ve tried different treatments, but nothing has created lasting changes
-------------
You feel disconnected from your body or unsure what it needs
If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone,
and there is a different way to approach it.
You have been told:
“Nothing is structurally wrong.” - “You just need to strengthen more.”
“Try to relax.” - “Learn to live with it.”
And yet the pain remains.
This often happens because pain is treated in isolated pieces:
posture alone, exercise alone, relaxation alone.
But chronic pain rarely comes from one single cause.
It’s often a combination of:
Nervous system dysregulation
Stored tension in the body
Emotional and stress patterns
Habits that unknowingly reinforce the cycle
In this webinar, you’ll begin to understand how these pieces connect
and what you can do about it.
What you'll learn
In this 90-minute webinar, you will discover:
1. Why chronic pain is not just the body, but a whole-system response
2. How stress and daily habits influence recovery.
3. A new way to listen to your body instead of fighting it.
4. Techniques to release tension and supporting recovery.
You'll leave with practical insights you can apply immediately.

Hi, I'm Anita
Anita is a yoga therapist specializing in nervous system-informed support for chronic pain and stress-related conditions.
My mission is to support people with chronic challenges in reconnecting with their sense of wholeness.
My work integrates movement, breathwork, restorative practices, and guided reflection to help people reconnect with their bodies in a safe and sustainable way.
Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I guide people in understanding how posture, habits, stress responses, and emotional load shape the way the body holds tension.
This approach supports lasting relief by working with the body as a whole system.
Your body is not broken. Understanding brings relief.
