Do you feel like you're doing everything right,
but still exhausted?
You’re resting more. You’ve slowed down. You’re trying to take care of yourself.
And yet: your energy is still low, your mind feels foggy or overwhelmed, your body doesn’t seem to recover,
you feel stuck, even though you’re trying
If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone.
And more importantly:
there may be something missing in how your recovery is being approached.
This workshop offers a different perspective.
Burnout is often treated as a stress problem.
But in many cases, it’s not just about stress.
It’s about how your body produces, absorbs, and regulates energy.
Your energy depends on a connected system:
Biology
Gut
Nervous system
When one of these layers is out of balance, recovery can stall.
This workshop helps you understand how these pieces fit together,
so you know where to look.

When burnout does not go away with rest.
Many people experiencing burnout tell themselves they should be better by now, especially if they’re used to being capable, responsible, and high-functioning.
But burnout doesn’t resolve through willpower alone.
When stress has been chronic, the nervous system can remain stuck in a state of hyper-alertness or shutdown.
In this state, the body prioritises survival over rest, recovery, emotional regulation, and connection.
This is not a mindset issue. It’s a physiological one.
What we'll explore together:
The biological side of fatigue
We’ll look at how nutrients, hormones, and blood sugar influence your energy.
Not in a complex way, but in a way that helps you recognize patterns in your own body.

The nervous system
Here’s where things often get overlooked.
Your body needs to feel safe to digest, absorb nutrients,
repair and restore.
If your system stays in stress mode, even subtly,
recovery becomes difficult.
You’ll understand the difference between trying to relax and actually helping your body regulate
2
The gut as a key player
You might be eating well or taking supplements,
but if your body doesn’t absorb them, they won’t become energy.
We’ll explore how digestion, the microbiome, and inflammation affect how you feel.
This is not just information
You’ll also be guided through a gentle somatic practice
to help your body shift out of stress mode.
This is not about forcing relaxation.
It’s about creating the conditions where your body can naturally recover.
