What is Yoga Therapy ?

Yoga therapy adapts the practice of Yoga to the needs of people with specific or persistent health problems.

 

The focus is on the client's needs and wishes, helping them to reduce or manage their symptoms, improve their function,

and support them with their attitude in relation to their health conditions. 

Balance, Wholeness and Connection.

I believe every person exists as a whole, not as a fragment to be fixed or managed.

In a world and medical system that often reduces us to symptoms, my mission is to help people living with chronic pain and ongoing challenges reconnect with their wholeness - body, mind, emotions, and lifestyle.

You're not a small part of the cosmos; you are the cosmos itself.

By honoring our connection to ourselves, to others, and to the cycles of nature,

we can rediscover balance, fulfillment, and a deep sense of unity with the world around us.
