Starting
10 Sessions Journey

With the starting set of 10 sessions, we will meet 12 times. The first 2 sessions will be an Intake and a Physical and Breath assessment. Read below if you want to know more.

10 Sessions Description

INTAKE 1-1/half

During our first meeting, I will be asking you several questions about your physical and mental health, your lifestyle, work and social life. In this way, I can get to know you a bit and design a yoga therapy practice suitable for you.

PHYSICAL AND BREATH ASSESSMENT 1-1/half

In our second meeting, we are going through a series of yoga poses and breathing exercises which will help me to understand what are the areas of discomfort and tensions in your body and your breathing pattern. This together with the intake will allow me to finalize the yoga therapy plan tailored to your needs, goals and wishes

SESSIONS 3 to 12  1/half

We are going to meet 12 times and the frequency can be either every week or every other week.

The yoga therapy session will consist of:

  • Check-in

  • yoga poses synchronized with the breath

  • breathing practices

  • Relaxation practice at the end (yoga nidra, guided meditation)

  • Lifestyle tips and yoga philosophy principles that you can implement straight away

What you will receive

After the physical and breath assessment, you will receive a worksheet to fill in in your own time. The worksheet will help you to visualize the areas of yourself and your life that are mostly out of balance. We will discuss the outcome during our session so that we can together set up more precise goals and wishes for you.

 

4x yoga posture sequences including breathing practices that you can easily implement in your daily life. The sequences are designed uniquely for you to meet your needs and to adapt to your daily routine.

 

2x guided meditation recordings also adapted to your needs

(e.g. support your sleep, relax, improve digestion, energize, etc..)
