Your body has its own rhythm
Your body has its own rhythm, and when regular yoga classes move too fast or don’t take your needs into account, it can feel discouraging. If you’re experiencing pain, low energy, or a desire to slow down and tune in, you need a practice that truly supports you.
In our small-group yoga therapy classes, we create a safe, nurturing space where you can move at your own pace, feel cared for, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels deeply restorative.
If any of this resonates with you, you might be feeling:
Frustrated
Because regular yoga classes don’t cater to your specific needs or limitations.
Demanding Class Pace
Craving a slower, more mindful practice, but the fast pace of typical classes feels too demanding and leaves you drained.
Pain and Discomfort
Experiencing pain or discomfort in your body and feel uncertain or even fearful about how to move safely.
Low energy
Low energy, and you’re seeking a yoga practice that restores, rather than depletes, your vitality.
Feeling disconnected
Feeling disconnected from your body and long to tune inwards, aligning with your natural rhythms and the cycles of the seasons

Yoga should make you feel safe and supported.
I have always believed yoga should be a personal experience, and I often felt overwhelmed and unsafe in large, crowded classes.
After my yoga teacher training, I recognized the importance of tailoring practices to each individual’s unique needs. This inspired me to become a yoga therapist, providing a thoughtful, personalised approach.
At the same time, I also value the power of connection, which is why I have decided to offer these small-group classes.
They create intimate, supportive spaces where you can move, grow, and share while receiving the individual care you deserve.
A transformative 75-minute yoga class designed
